As the snow deepens outside, time to light the fire and do a little stitching.
Second Sampler
I found a tree that was loaded with berries that were fading gracefully and with a stunning range of colours. I always pick pods, berries, leaves and cones, when I'm walking Dandy Doggins.
I then put them in the tray on my dashboard in the car and voila!...................I have a mobile nature table.
My daughter thinks I am a little strange, but there's nothing more calming when you're stuck in traffic, than resting your eyes on the nature table.
They sometimes make their way into the house to be photographed and used as inspiration for drawings and stitchings.
