I'm really pleased to say that my solo show at the Waterloo Gardens Tea House in Roath is going fabulously! Thank you to everyone who came to the opening; I was very touched by your support. I've made my first sale, another pending, and I've had an enquiry for a commission for a series of works........and that's all in the first week! Everyone who came to the opening was entered into a draw to win a small piece of artwork. I'm pleased to say that the winner of my giveaway was my art teacher from high school, Molly Curley. Molly is a ceramicist and has her own solo show opening at Llanover Arts Centre in Romilly Road on 27th April. So, here are a couple of pieces from the show, and remember it's on until 8th May if you missed the opening.
